Just Peachy!

My favorite part of summertime...fresh fruit!

By itself, grilled, in can't go wrong.

Firing up the grill?  Throw a few peaches on.  Just brush them with a little oil first and grill for 2-3 minutes on each side.  Before serving drizzle some honey on top.

I'm not done with peaches 'bout some peach cobbler?!


  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 Peaches Pealed and sliced thin
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease 2 ramekins dishes
  2. In a large bowl, combine brown sugar, oats, cinnamon, flour and butter. Mix until crumbly.
  3. Place sliced and pealed peaches in your two Ramekins
  4. Sprinkle the crumble mix on top
  5. Bake for 40-45 minutes until crust is golden brown
I ended up having extra toppings left over so I saved it and used it a few days later to make more cobbler.  

Yep...a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top made this peach cobbler perfection!
