Keith Urban's new duo, Trace lands a role and Carrie goes acoustic

Trace Adkins has joined the cast of a new movie, The Lincoln Lawyer, which will star Matthew McConaughey. Trace says, "[My role] is just a couple of [scenes. I enjoy [acting] if I have time to do it. This is an easy thing to do. It takes literally three days out of my schedule. It's something that I can do and have fun doing." The plot is based on the Michael Connelly novel of the same name. Other actors attached to the film (out next year) are Marisa Tomei, Ryan Phillippe, John Leguizamo and William H. Macy.

Carrie Underwood says she might want to change things up a bit on her next tour, "After the whole [ACM] Entertainer of the Year win, I felt like it was time to kind of have more 'wow' moments in the show. And I might follow that up next year with an acoustic tour. That would be just about my favorite thing.”

Keith Urban is recording a version of Roger Miller's "England Swings" with Australian kiddie supergroup The Wiggles. Keith tells the Los Angeles Daily News, "Having a 2-year-old, I'm not going to turn down The Wiggles." Keith says little Sunday Rose loves music and does a killer version of "Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star." He says, "She sings that song all day."
