See Keith Urban every day next year, Martina sells shirts for Garth...again, Taylor's Christmas cookie recipe and more!

Wanna see Keith Urban every day next year? Get his 2011 calendar! Best part- 100% of all proceeds go to benefit St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital. Every year, Keith’s fans submit thousands of pictures taken at his live shows in hopes of making the pages of the coveted calendar. The price is $15. Click here to purchase.

Martina McBride showed up at Garth Brooks' recent Nashville concert not to sing...but to sell tshirts! Years ago, Garth took a young unsigned Martina under his wing, and she went out on the road with him to help sell Garth merchandise. So after Martina went to one of Garth’s nine fundraising shows held at the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Martina recently sent out a social message. "Saw Garth tonight...he's still got it,” Martina wrote. “I even sold a few t-shirts for old time's sake.”

Brad Paisley‘s kids couldn’t be more different from one another. Brad recently said that his oldest son, Huck “is a lot like me. He shares my disposition and focuses on a lot of things.” When it comes to Huck’s younger brother, Jasper, Brad says “Then the second child is the opposite of Huck … which I think happens a lot. In some way he’s becoming my favorite just by the fact that he’s not like me.” I thought parents weren't supposed to admit who their favorite kid was? Brad may have just made Santa's naughty list :)

Need a last minute stocking stuffer? Lady Antebellum has some holiday joy A Merry Little Christmas, a six song EP, exclusively at Target. The album features five holiday favorites as well as the original track “On This Winter’s Night.” Haywood and bandmates Hillary Scott and Charles Kelley “tried to take some of our Christmas memories, and some of the things we remember from the holiday season, and put them into a song. It was definitely a new experience for us; we’d never written a Christmas song, really, before. But it was a lot of fun trying to look at what we do and how we spend the holidays and take that feeling and put it into a song.”

Carrie Underwood got lucky this Christmas and didn't have to fight with her new husband over whose family they should see for the holiday. Carrie and Mike will spend the holiday in Nashville since his team will be in town to play the Nashville Predators on December 23rd. “I’m lucky enough, I don’t have to choose where we’re going to be spending Christmas because Mike plays the [Nashville] Predators on the 23rd,” Carrie told Us magazine. “So, lucky girl! I was kind of bracing myself for that fight.” Since her tour plays up until the 22nd, Carrie won’t have any time to get her Christmas shopping done. She told the mag “it will be presentless,” adding, “He also plays on the 26th, so we’ll be on a plane, I think, on Christmas.”

Trisha Yearwood isn't the only country star who loves to cook- Taylor Swift loves to bake and shares her recipe for the Pumpkin Spice cookies she makes every winter.

* For the cookies:
* 1 cup sugar
* 2 sticks unsalted butter, softened
* 2 tablespoons Maple syrup
* 2 eggs
* 1 cup canned pumpkin
* 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
* 1/2 teaspoon ground all spice
* 1/4 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
* Pinch ground cloves
* 2 1/2 cups flour
* 2 teaspoons baking powder
* Pinch of salt
* For the frosting:
* 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese
* 1 cup confectioners sugar
* 1/4 cup milk
* 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
* Zest of one lemon
* For Garnish:
* Whole pecans
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. In a mixer, fitted with a paddle, cream the sugar and the butter until light and fluffy. Add the maple syrup and eggs. Mix to incorporate. Add the pumpkin and mix to incorporate. Sift together the flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg and cloves. Add the dry ingredients to the batter and mix well. Drop rounded tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 10 minutes, or until lightly golden brown around the edges. Cool on racks. When cool, ice with the cream cheese frosting.
For the Frosting: In a mixer, fitted with a paddle, add the cream cheese. Beat until light and fluffy. Beat in the powdered sugar until smooth. Add milk and vanilla. Beat until smooth. If frosting is too thick, thin with a little more milk. Fold in the lemon zest. When cookies are cool spread with some of the frosting. Garnish with a whole pecan.

Garth's Nashville show, John Rich on Fallon and more!

Garth Brooks kicked off the first of nine Nashville flood relief arena shows last night in Nashville and here's a look into what we missed: atwo-hour set, which included appearances by Steve Wariner ("Longneck Bottle," "Some Fool's Never Learn") and wife Trisha Yearwood ("In Another's Eyes," "She's In Love With The Boy," "More Than A Memory"). Other highlights included Brooks' acoustic version of "Unanswered Prayers" and a video montage of flood recovery photos during "We Shall Be Free." Film crews also taped the production, which will be broadcast to military bases worldwide at a later date. There was time for only one encore, which was "Ain't Goin' Down (Til The Sun Comes Up),"

Garth Quotebook: Here are some of the more interesting quotes Garth Brooks made before and during his opening show:
"As a guy, there's always that girl who you can't wait to be with ... and when you get the chance to, it's like over in like two minutes. So, about three songs in, I'm going to be hoarse. It's going to be over. I think I'm going to be spent pretty early because I'm really excited."

"I'm going to pacing around thinking, 'How am I going to get into those pants? How am I going to get in those pants? How am I going to get into those pants?'"

"I love you because you are my buddy, and I hate you because you look the same as you did in the '80s when I first heard your music." — to Steve Wariner

I was flipping through the channels when I got home from work last night and had to stop when I saw John Rich singing with Jimmy Fallon- Here's the video in case you missed it!

Congrats to Josh Turner and wife Jennifer on the birth of their third son Crawford Marion!

The Band Perry on The View- I've got the video and more country music news

Wow- Check out The Band Perry on The View this week- I'll never get sick of this song!

Wondering what big superstars ask Santa for? How about canned vegetables? Yep- that's what Kenny Chesney says he wants. He told a Nashville radio station that his mother agonizes over his Christmas gift every year, so last year he asked for home-canned green beans, and that's what he wants this year, too. If I got that as a gift I'd think I made it onto Santa's naughty list for sure!

April marks the 150th anniversary of the start of the Civil War, and Rascal Flatts is one of several country acts that will remember that moment in American history by appearing in a mini-series, "Too Appomattox.” The Flatts boys been enlisted to produce the soundtrack and they will be appearing in the mini-series too as soliders! “We‘re not going to be a bass player in the Civil War, or a guitarist and a singer,” Gary LeVox insists.But that doesn’t eliminate other possibilities.
“I‘m going to be a Civil War flutist,” Jay DeMarcus jokes.

Gwyneth Paltrow and Tim McGraw are the stars of the new movie "Country Strong" and Tim was asked if Gwyneth had any help from his wife, Faith Hill, when preparing for her role as a country star. Tim's funny response...“Faith only helped her with the alcoholism and the sex addiction and all those things,” Tim said, smiling. “Other than that, I don’t think she got much from Faith.” The movie opens nationwide Jan. 7.

Despite what is being said, Eddie's cancer had nothing to do with my decision ... It's what the public doesn't know that finalized an extremely difficult decision that I was forced to make."

Kellie Pickler on the CMA red carpet

The always funny Kellie Pickler was Ellen's corespondant for the CMA Awards- check out the video

Backstage quotes from the CMA's last night

Seen and heard onstage and backstage last night at the 44th Annual CMA Awards:
"That's how I like to start the night right there. I can relax and get drunk now." –Blake Shelton during the pre-show after winning Musical Event with Trace Adkins for "Hillbilly Bone."

"Are you guys going to wear your meat suits tonight, at least?" –Brad Paisley, apparently confusing Lady Antebellum with Lady Gaga.

"I'm her evil twin." –Actress Sissy Spacek on her bond with Loretta Lynn.
"You mean I'm the good one?" –Lynn in response.

"Shake it up, CMA!" –Jennifer Nettles interrupting Sugarland's press room Q&A as she saw Blake Shelton win Male Vocalist.

"I told him its time for them to get married and have a kid and see how good that thing sings." Lady Antebellum's Charles Kelley on Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert.

"What?!" –Taylor Swift responding to a standing ovation following her performance.

"He didn't die, really, he just retired ... He will rise again, I promise." –Paisley on Joe Galante.

"They never said no." –Jennifer Nettles on producers' response to Sugarland's brainstorming for their "music box" performance.

"I've been working out, but geez." –Miranda Lambert on lugging three trophies around for backstage photos.

"God bless us, every one." –Paisley closing his performance of "This Is Country Music."

As if the night wasn't good enough for Miranda- accepting the Female Vocalist of the Year award from hero Loretta Lynn- another hero gave her a call before the award show...Merle Haggard. Miranda answered her phone prior to the awards show and, not recognizing the caller, asked who it was. "This is Merle Haggard," came the reply. Lambert responded, "The Merle? This is Miranda Lambert!" Surely chuckling, Haggard said, "I know, I called you!" Beyond his verbal best wishes, Haggard also sent Lambert 37 roses: 27 pink roses in honor of her birthday, nine yellow flowers signifying each of her CMA nominations and one red rose expressly for her.

More Miranda-she will perform during Dec. 1's The Grammy Nominations Concert Live!! — Countdown To Music's Biggest Night. LL Cool J will host the television special, which will mix performances with the announcement of nominees live from Los Angeles' Club Nokia on CBS-TV at 10pm ET.

Oh and if you thought she looked better than ever when accepting her many awards last night- there's a reason. She credits her new size 6 figure to hiring a personal trainer. She tells People magazine, "It's not so much losing weight as toning up, getting rid of the jiggles and wiggles." She says she also gave up pizza for 30 days

Taylor Swift may not have won big at the CMA's last night but she's still a winner. Taylor became the youngest songwriter to win BMI's Songwriter of the Year honors Tuesday night in Nashville. She also received the Song of the Year trophy for the third year in a row -- this year for "You Belong With Me." The event was bittersweet for Taylor, who'd attended the funeral of a young friend on Monday. Other songwriters recognized for their music were Miranda Lambert, Keith Urban, Sugarland's Kristian Bush, Lady Antebellum's Charles Kelley and Dave Haywood, Luke Bryan and Eric Church.

Celebrate Thanksgiving with Carrie Underwood. She is among the performers scheduled to appear on CBS-TV's The Thanksgiving Day Parade telecast (11/25).

The Lifetime movie Unanswered Prayers, based on the Garth Brooks song of the same title, will premiere on the network Nov. 29. Brooks and Lisa Sanderson executive-produced the film, which follows a happily married father whose life changes when his high school flame returns to town.

Staying up late tomorrow night? Reba will perform on the Late Show With David Letterman (CBS).

Dierks Bentley and Reba on GMA

In case you missed Dierks Bentley and Reba McEntire on GMA the other morning here are the videos for you!

Reba, Garth and Tim!

Dierks Bentley better get some sleep tonight because he's gonna be busy tomorrow! He's performing in the morning on ABC’s Good Morning America and then again tomorrow night on The 44th Annual CMA Awards, live from Nashville on ABC.

This should be good...Ellen Degeneres has lined Kellie Pickler up as her red carpet correspondent for Tomorrow’s CMA Awards. Look for the funny clips on Ellen’s Thursday show.

Following the floods in Nashville in May, there were lots of rebuilding projects. This Sunday, Nov. 14, Keith Urban, Carrie Underwood and LeAnn Rimes will appear on an episode of 'Extreme Makeover: Home Edition' focusing on the restoration of the Lighthouse Christian School near Nashville. The episode will be broadcast on ABC at 8pm ET SUNDAY, November 14th. It was moved to the 14th after being originally scheduled by ABC for a November 7th airing

Wow! Reba McEntire's 26th album is in stores today. Reba says she titled the project All the Women I Am because it reflects her many experiences, but she didn't start out with that theme in mind. Reba tells us, "If I had started it with that song and then gone tried to find them, I don't think it could have worked out as perfectly as it did."

Also in stores today is Coal Miner's Daughter: A Tribute to Loretta Lynn. It features Carrie Underwood's version of "You're Looking at Country," Alan Jackson and Lee Ann Womack's cover of "Louisiana Woman, Mississippi Man," and Gretchen Wilson's rendition of "Don't Come Home a-Drinking."

Garth Brooks has sold out nine shows -- that's more than 140,000 tickets -- at Nashville's Bridgestone Arena in a fundraising event for the city's flood victims. This makes him the biggest-selling act in Tennessee, a record previously held by Michael Jackson, who sold 72,000 tickets at Knoxville's Neyland Stadium. The nine shows take place over six days starting December 16th and will provide over $3 million for flood relief.

Tim McGraw says his Country Strong co-star Gwyneth Paltrow has made him a better actor. He tells OK magazine, "You just want to play to the level of the person you're playing against... Everybody around her rises when she's in a scene." But unlike Gwyneth, Tim won't be appearing on Glee anytime soon. He says, "I'm not a triple threat. You don't want to see me dancing."

If you're not already looking forward to the CMA Awards- this will make you...Brad Paisley is premiering a new song! Brad says, "I'm really excited about my performance because I'm trying something out. I've never done this before ... There's a song that's on the next album that I feel like is going to be really fun to demo [during the CMAs]. It's just like when I take somebody and stick them in the car and say, 'I've got something new to play you.' I get to stick 30 million people in the car essentially and play them something new, which is fun." According to ABC News Radio, the song is titled "This Is Country Music." The CMA's air Wednesday on ABC and you can hear them live on The Eagle too!

Road Trip time! Kenny Chesney has announced the stadium dates for his 2001 Goin' Coastal Tour with co-headliner Zac Brown Band and the closest they are coming to the beach- D.C. The show is at FedEx Field June 6th. Billy Currington and Uncle Kracker will open the show.

Your favorite star's favorite Halloween tricks, treats and costumes

Darius Rucker says he usually dresses up for the holiday. "The year before [last], I was a Star Wars Ninja. My son wants us to dress up together this year. He's going to be Robin, so I have to be Batman. I'm very excited about that. [laughs] But Halloween's big for me, because the kids love it. It's my kids' favorite holiday, so anything they're into, I'm into."

When Blake Shelton was a teen, he and a bunch of friends went out "egging" on Halloween, and they hit the wrong car. "The lights came on, and it was a police officer! He started chasing us. I looked back and saw his flashlight tumbling. [He] tripped trying to chase us down. My buddies went back and started hitting him with eggs. To this day they were never caught ... until now."

Luke Bryan has his ideas of what to dress his two sons, ages two-and-a-half and two-months, for Halloween, but his wife doesn't exactly agree with him. "I put in for Bo to be a fisherman and Tate to be a worm, but I don't know if that'll happen!"

Alan Jackson would take his daughters trick-or-treating when they were younger, and he wasn't always happy with the costumes his wife would pick out for them. He recalls one getup that he truly hated. It was an infant costume that made one of the girls look like a little peapod. "I thought, 'Man, that's awful.' But Denise liked it, and I guess it was cute."

Dierks Bentley has a great time dressing up daughter Evie. "She was Yoda last year, and it was almost too eerily of a resemblance! It's probably not the most flattering picture of her, but she was barely one years old and it was just really funny ... She's not the princess type. She is big into Elmo, though, and maybe [this year] she'll dress up like Elmo [laughs], or maybe I will."

Justin Moore is not a big fan of Halloween. "I absolutely hate Halloween," he says. "Everybody makes fun of me because I despise Halloween, and I don't know why. As a child, I was a very serious child, which makes no sense because I'm never serious now. But I never wanted to dress up as a kid."

Taylor Swift loves Halloween, but she doesn't like the seasonal treat. "I'm not into candy corn. I've never understood it. It's too many different tastes," she says. But Taylor does, however, have a strategy for seeking out the best candy. "You always tried to find that jackpot house with the giant candy bars, like the giant Hershey bars or the giant Reeses."

Lady Antebellum's Dave Haywood had an ingenious costume idea one year, but it nearly landed him in the emergency room. "I was a die for Halloween. I had a big cardboard box that I painted white [with] polka dots. I was walking up this big hill and literally fell back down the entire hill, rolling in this giant cardboard box about 50 feet."

James Otto on his Halloween a few years back."I went as 'tough s---,'" he tells The Boot. "I wore a big feces costume with big tough arms and gold chains like Mr. T. It was incredible." And what did his wife, Amy, think of this? "She went as a one night stand," he recalls with a laugh. "She was a night stand with some change on it, and I think a condom and stuff. It was a funny costume."

Garth is back! Rascal Flatts and Keith news too

Rascal Flatts will be part of the Live on Letterman concert series November 15th. It's being broadcast live from New York, but for those of us in Hapmton Roads, the concert will also be streamed on the CBS website.

Garth is back! He announced today that he is going to do a benefit concert in Nashville. "Yes, we're going to again ask Tennesseans to pull Tennessee out of this," Brooks said during the announcement. "But I'm making the plea to all our families from Ireland, Australia, Germany, all over the world: If [seeing a Garth Brooks show] is a bucket list [item] for you, this is the time to do it. Come here, because our job is to show everyone that Nashville is not only up and running, it's better than it's ever been." Garth and wife Trisha Yearwood discussed the possibility of guest performers. "We're going to ask our usual guys ... it's not unlike us to beg. So, if there are surprises, great. Sugarland Live Stream, Kenny Chesney on being bald and Dierks on Live with Regis and Kelly!

Monday (10/18) at 9 pm EST fans can log on to youtube.com/sugarlandvevo to watch Sugarland LIVE from New York’s Best Buy Theater. “I’m a complete geek,” says Sugarland’s Kristian Bush, “and I’ve been dreaming of how awesome it’s going to be to play a show and stream it to people for a long time. Now, you can sit and reach a kid in Sevierville, Tenn., like I used to be, that might not ever get to New York. They’ll be able to see a show like that and have the excitement of it being live and happening right now.” The live stream will also feature interactive elements; fans can tweet in questions for Jennifer and Kristian before the show, vote for the encore song, and change camera angles during the show.

Kenny Chesney had a love-hate relationship with his football helmet in high school. That’s where he’d see evidence he was losing his hair. He told Parade magazine when he was 17 or 18 he’d take his helmet off on the field and he’d see hair in it. Kenny says he’d ask himself “what’s going on?” He says going bald did bother him in college a little bit. But, it doesn’t bother him now. He says friends of his in their 30s and 40s are just starting to lose their hair “and are freaking out.” But, he says he “went through all that in high school.”

Set the DVR for Dierks Bentley...he will be on Live! with Regis and Kelly airing, Oct. 21 where he’ll perform his latest single “Draw Me A Map.”

Got a question for Lady Antebellum? They are going to be answering them in their next Webisode Wednesday. Submit your questions through LadyAntebellum.com from now until this Friday, October 15th at Noon CST. The selected questions will be answered in Lady A’s Webisode Wednesday airing on October 20th.

Speaking of questions being answered...Ladies Home Journal caught up with Taylor Swift to get her answers to some interesting and fun questions. Read below for their interview with Taylor…

Why I Called My Album Speak Now…
My songs are like open letters. They say everything I wished I had said when certain people were standing right in front of me. I imagine I will be getting a few text messages from them once the album comes out.

My album in three words…
Diverse. Detailed. Relationship-y. I’m turning relationship into an adjective.

My Writing Process…
I have an app on my iPhone that’s a voice recorder. I’ll be in the middle of a conversation and will literally walk away and record a bridge, a pre-chorus or half of a hook, then go right back to the conversation like nothing happened.

Who I’d Most Like To Collaborate With…
Jay-Z. I know our genres are completely different, but there could be something cool about that.

Now That I Have My Own Place…
I’m most excited about throwing dinner parties and cooking for people. The other night I made this dish with chicken, penne and capers that I am so proud of.

What I Took From My Parents’ House…
Little teacups, a Geisha doll and a crystal ball that looks like a fortuneteller’s. Ever since I was a little kid, I’ve wanted that crystal ball — so my mom gave it to me and I let her keep one of my Grammys.

My Signature Dish…
Caramelized bacon. My Mom and I both make it. It’s really easy to do, but people seem to be wonderstruck by it.

My Favorite Hobby…
Antiquing. At the Tennessee State Fair Grounds, I found a hog carrier that I now use as a table for my record player. And I found a long animal trough that I use to store blankets.

Why I Love Nashville…
When I’d first visit, I was mystified that people talk to you in public, make eye contact on the street and smile at you and wave. Now, I’m addicted to that. I’ve never felt so completely like a town was home as I do here.

What I’ll Do For Beauty…
I really like eyeliner. One time I was waking up on a plane, it had been a long flight and I didn’t have eyeliner — so I used a Sharpie. I file that under my road warrior adventures.

My Make-Up Must-Haves…
CoverGirl has these outlast lip stains that I really like — I have about five in my purse. I’m always throwing my hair around on stage and if I wear sticky lip gloss, my hair gets stuck on my lips — which is a total mess.

How I’ll Celebrate My 21st Birthday…
Maybe I’ll have a glass of wine — but nothing too hardcore for me. I’ve never had the burning desire to drink. I need to be in control of what I say, and if I drank, I’d stress out about saying the wrong thing at the wrong time.

Growing Up On A Christmas Tree Farm…
My Dad always liked to let me think that I was helping. So, when I was 6 he gave me the job of picking the praying mantis pods off of the Christmas trees so that they wouldn’t hatch in people’s houses. I loved it!

On My Life List…
Seeing my album in Starbucks. I really love Starbucks. I go there every day and I just stare longingly at the CDs they sell. I?m so envious.

What I Look For In A Guy…
Someone who loves you for who you are. I like doing cute art projects with glitter, and there have been guys who’ve made me feel like that’s weird. But then there are guys who find it endearing.

Favorite Thanksgiving Tradition…
Eating the marshmallows in the candied yams.

My Hollywood Crush…
Taylor Lautner. It’s always going to be Taylor.

New music in stores this week!
Darius Rucker's Charleston, South Carolina 1966 hits shelves today. The title is a nod to his pal Radney Foster's 1992 Del Rio, Texas 1959 reflecting hometowns and birth years of both artists.
The Band Perry releases their self-titled debut today, but that doesn't mean these newcomers are novices to the business. They've been touring for 15 years, which means that the youngest, Neil, was eight when they started.
• Other projects in stores are The Essential Ronnie Milsap, Miranda Lambert's DVD Revolution: Live By Candlelight and Lady Antebellum's A Merry Little Christmas available exclusively at Target.

Tim McGraw is Country Weekly's Sexiest Man of 2010. And who would know that better than Faith Hill. Faith says, "When I need a pick-me-up, he just hugs me. He gives the best hugs in the world." Also making the list are Keith Urban, Dierks Bentley, Gary Allan, Blake Shelton, Chuck Wicks, Charles Kelley, George Strait, Darius Rucker and Luke Bryan.

Pure Country is back! But with or without George? George Strait was of course the star of the 1992 movie playing singer Dusty Chandler. Now a sequel is in the works called, 'Pure Country 2: The Gift,' and it will have another country singer in the main role this time. Katrina Elam, whose songs have been covered by Carrie Underwood and Reba McEntire. Katrina plays the lead role of an aspiring singer named Bobbie. Concert scenes were shot last year in Nashville. Although CMT reported at the time that George Strait was not present and would have a more limited role in the sequel, the country icon is featured prominently in the new film's trailer. 'Pure Country 2' is coming out October 15.

They may have just wrapped up their Last Rodeo as Brooks and Dunn but Ronnie Dunn is moving quickly to establish his own musical identity. He’s making a solo album. He’s producing it himself and it’s expected to be ready next year. He and Kix Brooks just finished their “goodbye” tour after making music together as a duo for 20 years

With two careers that keep them on the road, Carrie Underwood and Mike Fisher haven't had much together time since their July 10 wedding, but the singer says for her, marriage is a perfect fit. "Mike's the missing piece to my puzzle – he's a few pieces," Carrie tells PEOPLE Country in its November issue. "He makes me a better person." Though Carrie admits that winters in her hockey player husband's native Canada can be rough ("I can't do my cute heels in the winter!"), for now, the couple are content to shuttle between their Nashville and Ottawa homes. "It's not like we have office jobs where you can transfer!" she says. "It's not a conventional marriage." Underwood says the marriage is something for which she gives thanks, along with other blessings in her life, like her dog Ace – whom she "missed like crazy" while on her two-week Tahitian honeymoon with Fisher – her faith ("with God, the bad isn't as bad") and her family.

Toby on Leno tonight, LeAnn goes "Blue" again, Taylor crashes a wedding and more!

Toby Keith with promote the release of his new album on The TONIGHT SHOW with Jay Leno Show airing 11:35 ET on NBC tonight.

You’ll have to wait a little longer for LeAnn Rimes' new CD “Lady and Gentlemen.” One of the reasons is that LeAnn is adding a new recording of “Blue,” along with a bonus track. In a video message LeAnn says it’s been 15 years since her original version of “Blue” was released. And, she was 13 at the time. So, she says now that she’s 28, she’ll do it again. She says she’s been in the studio working on “Lady and Gentlemen,” in between her tour dates. And, even though the album is missed the original October 5 release date, she says “the album should be in your hands soon.”

A sneak peak into Taylor Swift's new CD...in the title track Taylor crashes a wedding and tries to win back her guy. The song "Speak Now" was released yesterday on iTunes, and it's about the country star sneaking in on an ex-flame's wedding ceremony and imploring him, "Don't say yes, run away now/I'll meet you when you're out, of the church at the back door." The song maintains the same steady tempo as first single "Mine," with Swift quietly beginning the song with the line, "I am not the kind of girl, who should be rudely barging in on a white veil occasion/But you are not the kind of boy, who should be marrying the wrong girl." "Speak Now" also features a gentle guitar solo and a rousing climax in which Swift belts the song's title. The song will be the fourth track on "Speak Now," which will also include "Innocent," the track directed at Kanye West that was previewed at the MTV VMAs last month. "Mine" is currently at No. 11 on the Hot 100 after being released in August

Tim McGraw surprised the kids at a middle school near Nashville this week to talk about the problem of bullying. At the assembly, he encouraged students to be kind to one another, speak up if they see someone being bullied and not to become bullies. Tim, who came to the school at the invitation of his 11-year-old nephew, tells Nashville's Tennesean, "I think it's important for the students to hear. Anything I can do to stop bullying is what I'll do."

Brad Paisley, Carrie Underwood, Keith Urban, Rascal Flatts, Reba McEntire, Sugarland and George Strait have been added to the performance lineup for the 44th annual CMA Awards on November 10th. They join Miranda Lambert, Kenny Chesney, Blake Shelton, Lady Antebellum and Dierks Bentley, and the Zac Brown Band with Alan Jackson on the bill. The awards will air live from Nashville on ABC.

CMT will honor Jason Aldean, Lady Antebellum, Taylor Swift, Carrie Underwood, and Zac Brown Band, as the top artists of the year in the new 90-minute special, CMT Arists Of The Year, premiering Friday, December 3. How did they narrow it down to these 5? They were chosen by ranking the top five artists based on the following criteria: sales (physical albums, digital albums, and single downloads); country radio airplay based on spins; concert grosses as a headliner or co-headliner; and activity on CMT.com (video streams, searches, and artist page views). The rankings were then compiled to identify the leading performers across the four categories cumulatively. Over the past 12 months, Jason Aldean, Lady Antebellum, Carrie Underwood, Taylor Swift and Zac Brown Band have collectively received over 2.5 million plays of their current songs; sold over 8.5 million copies of their current albums; sold over 21 million individual downloads of their current singles; and topped both the touring and CMT.com charts, proving themselves to be the top country artists for 2010.

What country star is freaked out by soap?! Plus, the Grand Ol Opry invites a new member and more!

While Reba's upcoming album is entitled 'All the Women I Am,' she's been tackling the opposite sex's perspective with a cover of Beyoncé's 'If I Were a Boy.' The countrified version of the hit song will appear on Reba's new CD, due in stores November 9. This, of course, isn't the first time that Reba's taken a pop hit and turned it into a country hit back in 2007 she teamed up with Kellie Clarkson on "Because of You."

While we're on the subject of taking a song from one genre and turning it into another-Little Big Town says they'd love Eminem to use one of their songs. The group's Kimberly Roads tells Usmagazine, "I think that would be kind of cool if someone like Eminem would take our song 'Boondocks' and create a nasty, dirty rap over it."

Alt-country crooner Lyle Lovett is going to guest star on an upcoming episode of “Castle.” ABC describes his character as “a larger than life yet shadowy government figure who plays his cards close to the chest.” He investigates a possible alien abduction. His episode will air sometime in November.

On a random note...Kenny Chesney says he is freaked out by using soap.

It was a homecoming of epic proportions as country stars like Brad Paisley, Keith Urban, Martina McBride, Trace Adkins, Blake Shelton, Jason Aldean, Dierks Bentley, Charlie Daniels and Josh Turner celebrated the return of the Grand Ole Opry to the newly restored Opry House last night in Nashville. Highlights of the evening included a taped greeting from President Obama, who congratulated the venue and city on its recovery and offered a "welcome home." Backstage, Lorrie Morgan commented on the energy of the evening saying, "It's like people are falling in love with the Opry all over again." The special evening may have been most memorable for Blake. Immediately following their performance of "Hillbilly Bone," Trace handed him a cell phone with a message from the Opry via Twitter inviting him to be their newest member. The star-studded evening was capped of with a performance of "Working Man Blues" by Brad, Keith, Steve Wariner, Ricky Skaggs and Marty Stuart.

Carrie and Jamey's new videos have some special guests, plus whose bed was Joe Nichols found in?!

How much did you pay for your wedding pics...probably not close to what some are willing to pay for a copy of Carrie Underwood's! Word has it that People magazine will pay around $2 million to for the exclusive photos. Guess that'll help cover the $500,000 tab for the wedding.

Speaking of Carrie...her new video for “Mama’s Song” will have an appearance from both her mother Carol and her hubby, Mike Fisher. “[Mike's] not ‘in’ it but you can tell it’s him,” Carrie tells People about Fisher’s cameo. “He hung out with my mom [on set] and he’s great with her.” From the sound of it, the new video will look more like a home movie than a music video, which is fitting because Underwood says the song is very personal to her. ‘Mama’s Song’ definitely reflects my mom and I’s relationship, and hopefully a lot of moms and daughters can relate to this, too,” Underwood says. “I love singin’ this song.” So what was the best part about recruiting family for the video? “Just seeing [Mike] in my world was sweet,” she says.

Keith Urban had a family member in his world recently- daughter Sunday Rose joined in on a recording session with her dad. Keith has been putting the finishing touches on his forthcoming album, 'Get Closer,' and during the recording, Sunday tok the mic. "I was shocked, because I thought the minute she hears her voice through the mic, through the headphones, she's just going to be freaked out by it," Keith tells The Boot. "But she giggled when she heard it and just launched into a song. [laughs] At two years and two months of age, she's standing at the mic, holding the mic – it's on a stand, but she's hanging onto it as well – and just sang these two songs. I recorded them, and they sound beautiful because it's in a professional studio. So, it's great to have it." And the tunes she recorded? "She did 'ABC' and 'Twinkle, Twinkle,'" says Keith. "They're big on the playlist right now. I know they're the same tune and different lyric, but that doesn't matter."

After a long day of flying recently, Jack Ingram and Joe Nichols performed a show together in Portland, Ore. Upon arriving at the hotel for check-in, Jack proceeded to his room to find his bed occupied -- by Joe Nichols! "Just accidentally lived out many women's fantasy -- on accident! Hotel gave me a key and a room. I opened door 2 find Joe Nichols n the bed!!!" Jack tweeted. "Wow! It was never that easy when I was single and walked into other women's room! More creepy than cool! I'll settle 4 u, Joe!!" After the initial shock wore off, Joe replied with, "Watch out @kevinfowler, @JackIngram might make a stop by your room next!" Jack eventually got the room situation squared away, getting a key to his own room.

Jamey Johnson's has enlisted his good buddy, Texas native Matthew McConaughey, to direct the his music video for 'Playing the Part'. Celebuzz has footage of the friends on the set of the video, which apparently involves Matthew in a gorilla suit! Watch it here.

Toby heads to the Trailerhood, Taylor's new CD and more

When it came to casting actors for his latest music video for "Trailerhood," Toby Keith knew exactly where to look. “We invaded this little trailer park, and it was a big deal for [the residents] to have a video shot there,” Keith says. “They were all standing behind the tape. One guy didn‟t have a shirt on, one kid didn‟t have any underwear on, one kid was sunburned and one girl‟s shirt didn‟t cover her belly.” That wasn‘t an issue for Toby. “So I said, "Why don‟t we bring everyone over here around this lawn chair and let‟s sing the chorus together?‟ And when you see the video, that‘s how they started their day. No one went back and said, "Let me go change my shirt‟ or "Let me go put a shirt on my kid.‟ It was authentic.”

One person who's happy with the new judges on Idol- Keith Urban. Keith and wife Nicole Kidman are big fans of American Idol -- they even record it when Keith's on the road. And Keith is excited that Jennifer Lopez and Steven Tyler in particular have been announced as the show's new judges. Keith says, "He'd certainly be entertaining. He'd be a good mentor too."

The track listing for Taylor Swift's highly anticipated third studio album was revealed today. She wrote all 14 tracks on her own.
Speak Now Track Listing:
1. "Mine"
2. "Sparks Fly"
3. "Back to December"
4. "Speak Now"
5. "Dear John"
6. "Mean"
7. "The Story of Us"
8. "Never Grow Up"
9. "Enchanted"
10. "Better Than Revenge"

Congratulations seem to be in order for Bucky Covington and his girlfriend, Katherine Cook, who are reportedly engaged. Buckytown USA, a large fan site for Bucky,reports “Word from the St. Joseph’s show is that Katherine is sporting a sparkling rock aka a flashy diamond on her left hand and big smile on her face and even confirmed to several Buckaneers that she and Bucky are indeed ENGAGED!”

Much like she did in Valentine’s Day, Taylor Swift will make a cameo in the upcoming movie Todd vs. High School. Pictured above, Taylor was recently on set of the movie which centers around a genius student who returns to high school to get his degree. No official release date for the movie has been announced, although it was originally scheduled to be released this fall.

Shania Twain is set to release an autobiography next Spring. It will chronicle Twain's rise to prominence from her rural upbringing in Ontario. "There have been moments in my life I was concerned by the reality that tomorrow would never come," Twain said. "Recently I experienced one of those moments to an intensity that brought on a sudden urgency to document my life before I ran out of time, before I had the opportunity to share an honest and complete account of my life, in my own words." We’re all just as proud of one another as we are of ourselves.” Billy Currington‘s Enjoy Yourself, Walker Hayes‘ self-titled EP, and Mel Tillis‘ comedy album, You Ain’t Gonna Believe This, are also available.

Carrie Underwood in a dress made of tofu? Carrie, a vegetarian, was asked if she'd every wear a dress made of meat, as Lady Gaga recently did at the MTV Video Music Awards, Carrie said, "I'm going to have to go with 'no' on that. Maybe soy, or a tofurkey dress. It's currently in the works," she joked. Asked why she became a vegetarian in the first place, Carrie noted that a lot of media outlets have gotten the story wrong. "I quit eating beef when I was young because I grew up on a farm," she said. "A lot of people kind of take it to the extreme, like I'm anti-everything, but it's definitely an industry that I respect. My whole family eats meat, and so does [husband] Mike [Fisher]”. Carrie continued "But they were like my pets," she said of the farm animals. "I bottle-fed them, and I had a very close bond with some of them. Once I learned why we had them, that was that. It was a pretty traumatic experience."

Kenny on GMA and LeAnn Rimes's affair makes more headlines

Kenny Chesney celebrates the release of his new album, Hemingway's Whiskey on ABC's Good Morning America next Tuesday (Sept. 28th). Kenny, who will perform "Boys of Fall," says that his fans will be able to relate to this album. "I think there are a lot of different chapters of life in this record and with every song it takes somebody on a journey, and I'm proud of that."

Congratulations to Big Kenny (of Big and Rich) and his wife, Christiev...The couple adopted a baby boy, Dakota Jefferson Holiday Alphin, in July. Dakota, who's nine-months old, joins four-year-old brother Lincoln William.

Many people have their opinions on LeAnn Rimes and her affair with Eddie Cibrian and someone new chiming in...talk show host Wendy Williams. According to Us magazine, Wendy said that their affair was sloppy and chastised LeAnn for calling Eddie's children "my boys." She said, "The boys have a mother and her name is Brandi [Glanville]." On her Twitter page LeAnn responded, "I'm incredibly disappointed to see someone with that kind of platform use it for such negativity and could be so mean and judgmental about a situation they know nothing about."

Taylor, Tim, Carrie, Billy and Dolly news!

Taylor Swift has partnered with Target to offer an exclusive deluxe version of Speak Now that includes three new tracks, three re-mixes and 30 minutes of video. The Target version will be available through the retailer the day of release, Oct. 25. Pre-orders are available now.

Tim McGraw is taking the family along on his Australian tour for a little vacation. But they're not interested in your typical R and R -- they're cooking up some crazy adventures, including swimming in shark-infested waters. He tells us, "We've got a lot of big plans."

You might think that after a new artist signs a recording contract that he's on easy street, but Jason Aldean can confirm that it takes more than one hit song to put a roof over your head. It wasn't until his second album, Relentless, came out and "Johnny Cash" hit that he and wife, Jessica, were able to buy a piece of property. But the success of "She's Country" built their house.

Could Carrie Underwood be on the short list for her own special episode of Glee? It's possible. Here's why -- a Christian country singer comes into the picture with pipes that give Rachel a run for her money. Plus, Carrie has more than a few hits that will allow Lea Michele and the future guest-star to battle head-to-head for best high note. Time will tell if the writers take that idea and run with it but Carrie has been noted on a previous Gee episode when cast member Kristen Chenoweth sang “Last Name”

Dolly Parton did an interview recently and as always, offered up some great Dolly gems...On buying the house her family grew up in: "My brother, Bobby, is a great carpenter. He worked on it and restored it. What we tried to do was make it look like it did when we lived there, but we wanted it to be functional. So I spent a couple million dollars making it look like I spent $50 on it![laughs] Even like in the bathroom, I made the bathroom so it looked like an outdoor toilet."

On whether her fashion and style taste has changed much over the years: "Well I
never had any taste. [laughs] I never had any style. I knew nothing about fashion. I can always run free because I don't have to go by anybody's rules. The way I look, I wrote in a song: a country girl's idea of glam. I always wanted a dress and fancy things so I didn't know once I could get it that I wasn't supposed to wear it all at the same time!"

Ace of Cakes is going country! My favorite Food Network show made a cake for the Grand Ole Opry back in June a cake in celebration of their 85th birthday. Duff Goldman presented the cake. To see the presentation at the Grand Ole Opry, tune into Ace of Cakes TODAY, (September 16),on the Food Network. If you miss the airing tonight, check your listings because the Food Network will no doubt repeat it throughout the week.
